Kevin "CONDOR" Shepherd

Sergeant Kevin Shepherd (Retired) is a dedicated and accomplished law enforcement officer with over 25 years of law enforcement and security expertise, of which 19 were spent as a SWAT Operator, Team Leader and Operations Sergeant in the Detroit Police Department elite Special Response Team. Kevin began his journey while serving in the Army, Sergeant, 12th Special Forces Group (Airborne), and since then has a created a well-established record of training thousands of Police Officers and handling major Critical Incidents within the City of Detroit. His vast experience has afforded him the honor to protect and serve Presidents, Presidential candidates, High Value Individuals and multiple Dignitaries from government officials to African Kings and Prime Ministers, both nationally and internationally.
Before his current position as Operations Sergeant and Team Leader of the Detroit Police Department and CEO of Condor Tactical Solutions, LLC, Kevin worked as Commanding Officer of the Mayor’s Executive Protection, overseeing 23 Officers. Prior positions include Training Coordinator/ Team Leader/ Tactical Operator Special Response Team as well as a Special Operations Police Officer.
